1. Pressure Treated 4X4 Runners under floor joists elevate floor to allow for air movement and support.
   
2. Floor joists are spruce 2X4's spaced at 12" centers and 5/8" spruce plywood decking for heavy loads.
   
3. Wall studs are kiln dried 2X4's and are spaced at 24" centers.
   
4. Available Siding Types:
   1. Smart Panel - factory primed and is ready for paint.  The thickness is 3/8” with a cedar embossed surface, guaranteed against warping, splitting and rot.  Completing the package we use the new “Smart Trim” which is also factory primed. Both resist termites and fungal decay.
      
5. Roof rafters are 2X4's spaced at 24" centers, connected at ridge with strong metal gussets and steel hurricane ties securing them to the top of wall.
   
6. Asphalt self sealing shingles come standard with every installed shed.  Specialty colours and styles are extra.
   
7. Roof decking is 7/16" O.S.B. (Oriented Stand Board).
   
8. Sheds are trimmed in Smart Trim (factory primed)
   
9. Doors are built with 5/4 Smart Trim (factory primed) and we use our exclusive continuous Aluminum piano hinge for a superior strength and added support.
   
10. Heavy wind resistant buildings, our popular 12'X8' model outweighs most compact cars.
